Breathing Exercises and Other Techniques to Remain Calm

If you’re looking to improve your ability to stay calm and collected under pressure, then there are numerous different techniques you can use. Meet James Larsen: Brother, Drummer, Dreamer.

Meet James Larsen.

James is my middle brother. (I'm the baby of three sons.)

This weekend was James' 50th birthday.
He was born July 3rd 1970 in British Columbia.
James died Dec 7th 2003 in New York City living his dream.

I'd like to share some of James' life with you today.

James grew up to be a bonafide 80's rock star drummer.  James moved to New York City and was a part of music projects across multiple genres as a drummer and producer. He also worked for ABC &...

I Hate Raisins.

I hate raisins.

But I love making people laugh.

If you’re looking for some silly goosery, then please check out what some people have said about me:

"Lars' energy on stage is both awe-inspiring and infectious. One of the hardest working performers, he doesn't consider his job done until the audience is having a great time." - Ali Hassan, Comedian/Host CBC Radio & Television

"The man has serious chops and talent. He tells jokes, he plays guitar, he sings, he does characters. It’s absurd!" - Dean Young, Comedian/Host AM640 Inside Jokes

What’s all the hype about?

After more than ten years of doing standup, I recorded a sold out show in my hometown of Orillia featuring 11 of my favourite bits, including:
